Her Day 15

What a difference two weeks makes! Even when I took a whole week off. This was the two week fitness test. I remember struggling to get through the one round of warm ups and I breezed right through it this time. The first time I did the test I couldn't even complete it. Tonight, I got through it AND killed my previous numbers. I am SO THRILLED and ready to get the week's workouts going. Just the boost I needed to get back on track.
