Her Day 2

Plyometric Cardio-Circuit: I did this last night BEFORE dinner. I was able to get threw the warm up resting only twice. Woo hoo! The plyometrics kicked my butt. I took LOTS of breaks, but was able to complete the circuit. I really hate squats and am so bad at it, but my husband kept reminding me that it's going to give me some awesome legs and a gravity defying butt, so I kept going. It was painful. I can't do push ups either, so I modified them to girly push ups on the knees. I know that one day I'll be doing real, military style push ups if I just keep going. There were moments that I thought I couldn't go on, and when that happened, I made myself go faster or lunge lower, which actually worked. By time I was done stretching, I was ready to do it again, but of course that just means I didn't give it my all and can do more next time. I am really excited for today's workout. It looks like an exhausting pain in the butt, but I am ready!
