Her Day 5
My day was hectic. I didn't prepare my meals ahead of time, or even prep, so I barely ate and when I did it was crap. I started off well with the first meal, but then after that, forget it. So when it was time to get to my workout, I had no energy and didn't do it. I am not going to dwell on it, just going to move on.
