Her Day 4
Cardio Recovery: This was great, but not at all easy. It wasn't fast, things went nice and slow, but the exercises were intense. I hate Tanya, but I want to be her...well I want to have her stamina and body. Maybe one day. But back to the workout, I loved it. I wish I blogged right after I did it or even the next day bc I had lots to say about it, but I just can't remember right at this moment. I do know I was able to do the squats, which surprised me since I always struggled with them before and during the previous workouts, so I am quite happy.
